Each time I take a stoll in the garden I am amazed.
The Magnolia is a southern favorite.
Such humble beginnings...

Unfolds into such exquisite beauty and fragrance.

As I enjoy these beautiful blooms, I think on the beauty of God's creation...

and as I am captivated by their magnificent fragrance...

I am speechless; can scarcely take it in.

Enjoying the beauty of the garden is to be aware of the presence and magnificence of the creator.

So mindful and thankful that I am
"...fearfully and wonderfully made..."
Psalm 139:14

So thrilled that God loves me and knows me so well that
"...the very hairs of your head are all numbered."
Matthew 10:30

So blessed and so thankful!

Love your sweet comments.

  26. I am a Central Wisconsin girl who lived in the Carolinas for 12 years and there is NOTHING like the southern magnolia! (Unless it's the camilla)

There are "things" up here with pink blooms that open before the leaves appear in the spring - - -and folks CALL them magnolias, and maybe they are some poor distant cousin - - - but what I think of as a magnolia is what you have shown here.

They are elegant and beautiful and I thank you for this post!
