Christmas in the Dining Room

Are you ready for Christmas?
Not me...I am so far behind in getting my decorating finished this year.  I am trying not to stress about it though.  I'll continue doing what I can and come Wednesday, what is done, is all I will be doing.

It was fun pulling together Christmastime in the dining room.  I do love these Christmas dishes, especially in the evening light.

There isn't much color in our garden this time of year.  There are a few camellias still in bloom, but I didn't want pink flowers for my Christmas tablescape.  Thankfully, the Nandina bushes are full of red berries and they added just the right touch to my Christmas table and napkins.

For the napkins I used a bit of ribbon along with berries and greenery from the Nandina.

Hope you are having a great week!

Blessings,
Cindy

  1. I can identify with you regarding late decorating; I only got my limited amount done this past weekend. But I love your pretty table and dining room. It is so inviting and warm. I too like using berries although mine cannot be fresh. May you have a most blessed Christmas around your beautiful table.

  2. Cindy, I love your dining table dressed for Christmas. The dinnerware is so lovely, makes me want a set. Alas, I have too many Christmas patterns already! Wishing you and yours a most wonderful Christmas season!
