Cheval Homearama ~ The Churchill

Just before Christmas, Mr. Heart and I went to the Cheval Homearama.
Actually, I went THREE times!
Once with Mr. Heart,
once with my daughter,
and again when the homes were decorated for Christmas
as a way to raise money and receive toys for the charity Toys for Tots.

If you're like me,
and love home tours,
three times isn't too many times...I noticed new features and decor each time I went!

Cheval is located on 423 acres.  Homesites range from half an acre up to five acres and range from $90 to $750,000 and the home prices range from $400's to $2.5 million.  Is your jaw dropping?...Mine was!
Open fields,
natural landscape,
equestrian facilities,
parks,
trails,
a peaceful and picturesque neighborhood.

The first home on the tour is The Churchill ~ by Evans Coghill Homes

There were so many people touring this home,
it was a bit tricky getting pictures so you could actually see the furnishings...

The back wall has glass doors that slide into the wall,
so the great room is completely open to the back patio...

A retractable screen...

Hope you enjoyed seeing this home.
House #2 on the tour was one of my favorites, and I took lots of pictures.
So come back, you'll be glad you did!
