I just love these photos of the birds....the ones in the snow are particularly gorgeous. At first I thought, hey, how did SHE get snow??? :) Don't you wish we would get some? Anyway, yes, living in the woods, our yard is always full of birds and we used to feed them all of the time until the squirrels took over. Here lately, I have seen so many beautiful birds from afar and have decided that I wanted to started feeding them again. We have the perfect opportunity to get up close and personal with them since there is a tree (with an empty feeder) that is less than 10 feet away from our living room windows! Even before you posted this, I had already decided to buy myself and hubby a BIRD FEEDER for Christmas! I hope you and your family have a very Merry Christmas, Cindy!Debby Rayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02499542865677173703noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3198642533840030075.post-48739646009808470232013-12-20T08:46:25.356-05:002013-12-20T08:46:25.356-05:00Thank you for visiting my blog Cindy! We love to feed and watch the birds at our house; they're fascinating creatures, aren't they? I especially love the nuthatches, cardinals, bluebirds, chickadees, and woodpeckers. We hear owls outside a lot at night, but I don't think I've ever caught a glimpse of one in our yard. Your owl was really big and handsome! :)

Thanks for sharing with us, and I hope you're having a joyful Christmas season.

Hugs,

DeniseDenise at Forest Manorhttp://houseatforestmanor.blogspot.com/2013/12/a-precious-keepsake.htmlnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3198642533840030075.post-53293038663929848062013-12-19T22:04:56.788-05:002013-12-19T22:04:56.788-05:00This is so sweet!
