IT'S FALL!

Friday, October 7, 2011

Yes, I know summer is gone, it's FALL, and I should be talking about apples!  But we are enjoying some of these...

The sweetest, juiciest and most tasty peaches we've had all year.  They are delicious!

Hopefully we will soon be heading to the mountains for some apples.  Hope they are as crisp and tasty as these peaches!
Love your sweet comments...
Blessings,
Cindy

  9. Cindy, the peaches do look yummy. We enjoyed some fabulous TX peaches this summer, but they are now just a memory. Even the frozen ones have been consumed. ;-)

  10. I'm not a peach fan, but I sure do love fresh apples. We've been eating local apples since August and it's pure pleasure.

I love me some peaches.........do you ever eat them all cut up in a bowl with maybe a lil sugar on them (depends on how sweet they are already), then eat them with bread and butter and a glass of Milk. That is some good eatin' my friend! course, you are a southern girl so you probably already know that!! lol
    Lovely photos.
    Have a great weekend hon,

  14. Oh yum!! Those peaches look gorgeous. I saw some recently in the grocery store, but was afraid that they would be tasteless this time of year. Glad you found some good ones.

  18. Happy Saturday Cindy! I love your rooster. Looks like you've got some delicious peaches too. I love grilled ones with ice cream, but it's hard to find them that are ripe outside of the spring months. Looks like you have a real treasure to find good ones now. Enjoy your treat for me!
